The seasonal Assistant Director is responsible for supporting the permanent On-site Director with the leadership of camp. The Assistant Director will perform daily camp administrative tasks such as creating weekly staff and camper schedules, overseeing the camp blog, and maintaining the daily flow of camp logistics. S/he will implement all established camp policies and procedures to ensure the health and welfare of campers, and report any concerns to the On-site Director. S/he will develop and teach at least one camp lesson and facilitate evening activities. Must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Residential Outdoor Educator
The Residential Outdoor Educator (ROE) will provide leadership and guidance to campers in all aspects of camp life. S/he will enforce all established camp policies and procedures to ensure the health and welfare of campers and report concerns to supervisors. S/he will develop and lead camp programming, including but not limited to camp hikes, lessons, activities, and field trips. Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. The Registered Nurse will live on site and serve as the primary health care manager responsible for the general health and welfare of campers and staff. S/he will operate the infirmary rendering competent first aid and medical care within her/his scope of practice. S/he will review all health history forms and keep detailed records of all visits, injuries, and medications administered to campers and staff.
